Who provides the service
facilitatorjobs.com is provided by Mussie Haile, trading as Guiding Ventures, Lohmühlenstraße 65, 12435 Berlin, Germany (hello@facilitatorjobs.com). Full details are in the imprint.
What the site is
facilitatorjobs.com publishes guides about facilitator work in the US: what different facilitator roles involve, what related occupations pay according to public statistics, and how people prepare for them. Using the site is free and needs no account.
The guides are general information, not career, legal or financial advice. Pay figures come from public sources for related occupations and describe ranges, not what any employer will offer. We are not an employment agency and are not part of any employer's hiring process.
External links
Guides link to their sources and to other organisations. Those sites are run by others, their own terms apply, and we have no control over their content.
Employer listings
Employers can ask us to list facilitator roles. Listings are for business customers only. Enquiries are non-binding; a listing, and any price for it, is agreed only when we confirm it in writing. Paid placements, if we offer them, will be labelled "Advertising" wherever they appear.
Corrections and removal requests
If you think something on the site is wrong or out of date, email hello@facilitatorjobs.com with the page's link.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage caused by intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz). For slight negligence we are liable only if we breach an essential obligation, one that makes proper use of the service possible in the first place and on which you may regularly rely; our liability is then limited to the typical damage foreseeable at the time. Otherwise we are not liable. These limits also apply to the people who act for us.
Governing law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
